RelayProof Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

RelayProof is operated by mainLoop LLC, doing business as RelayProof ("RelayProof," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how RelayProof collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the RelayProof Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, website, load-related tools, alerts, market information, verification features, Post A Truck features, bookkeeping tools, feedback functions, and other related services.

RelayProof is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon or Amazon Relay.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, contact us at support@relayproof.app.

1. Location Information

Location is an important part of certain RelayProof features. RelayProof does not independently or secretly begin tracking your location. Certain location-based features require you to intentionally share a live location through Telegram or another supported RelayProof feature.

You choose when to begin sharing your live location. After RelayProof confirms that your truck location has been updated, you may stop live-location sharing at any time. Stopping live-location sharing does not necessarily end location-based RelayProof features immediately.

We may use the location you intentionally provide to identify nearby loads, facilities, market activity, calculate deadhead and distance, provide location-based alerts, provide Post A Truck and market-intelligence features, confirm supported U.S. service area access, and prevent fraud, abuse, fake or misleading location use, unauthorized access, excessive requests, or other misuse.

After live-location sharing ends, RelayProof may retain and use your last accepted truck location for up to five (5) hours so location-based alerts and related Services can continue functioning. After that period, the saved truck location expires and is removed from active location use. RelayProof does not use this information to create a permanent history of your movements.

Your exact truck location is not made available to other RelayProof users as an individual driver location. RelayProof may use location information to create aggregated or statistical market information, such as general market activity or the number of participating drivers in an area.

RelayProof does not sell your location information.

2. Information We Collect

Telegram and account information: when you interact with RelayProof through Telegram, we may receive information reasonably necessary to operate the Services, such as Telegram user or chat identifier, username, display name, chat or group information, language information, and authorization information associated with Telegram-based features.

RelayProof does not require users to provide a Social Security number, driver's-license number, home address, or similar identity information merely to use the standard Service. For ordinary account and subscription functionality, RelayProof primarily uses your Telegram-related identifier to recognize your access.

Location information: when you intentionally provide a location, we may process latitude and longitude, the time the location was submitted or updated, and information necessary to determine whether the location is current and usable.

Load, route, and market information: when you use verification, load analysis, market, Post A Truck, or related features, we may process information you voluntarily submit, including load information, origin and destination information, facility information, mileage, compensation or rate information, pickup and delivery information, stops, route-related information, and other information contained in your request.

Screenshots, images, and documents: certain features may allow you to submit screenshots, photographs, documents, or other files. RelayProof may process a screenshot to identify load details and provide verification or analysis. Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Preferences and settings: we may retain preferences you choose, such as search radius, load or driver preferences, payout or rate preferences, alert settings, pickup preferences, and other feature settings.

Trial, subscription, and access information: we may maintain information necessary to determine whether you are authorized to use RelayProof, including trial eligibility and status, trial start and expiration, subscription status, plan or access type, payment status, promotional access, and other authorized access.

If you choose to purchase a paid subscription, payment processing is handled by an independent third-party payment processor. RelayProof does not store full payment-card information.

Feedback and support information: if you contact us or submit feedback, we may process your message, category or subject, attachments you voluntarily provide, information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, and account or service information associated with your request.

Bookkeeping information: if you choose to use bookkeeping or expense-related features, RelayProof may process information you voluntarily submit, including expenses, payments, receipts, invoices, notes, transaction descriptions, related documents, or summaries.

Security and usage information: we may process limited device, network, access, and usage information where reasonably necessary to authenticate or authorize access, prevent fraud or abuse, prevent unauthorized account or access sharing, enforce Service limits, investigate suspicious activity, maintain security and reliability, and troubleshoot technical problems.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through RelayProof to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; recognize authorized users; manage free trials and paid access; provide nearby load and market information; provide alerts; provide Post A Truck and related market intelligence; analyze information submitted for verification; process screenshots, documents, or text submitted by users; calculate deadhead, distance, mileage, market context, and related estimates; provide historical or statistical market information; remember preferences and settings; provide bookkeeping features requested by users; respond to support requests and feedback; prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, fake-location use, or excessive use; protect RelayProof, its infrastructure, and its users; investigate violations of our Terms of Service; comply with applicable legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

We do not use driver location information to create permanent individual movement profiles.

4. How We Disclose Information

RelayProof does not sell personal information or driver location information.

We may disclose limited information to service providers that assist us with hosting and infrastructure, data storage, security, payment processing, communications, document or image processing, customer support, analytics, or operational services.

When you access RelayProof through Telegram or another third-party platform, information may be exchanged with that platform as necessary for the feature to function. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect the rights or property of RelayProof, investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms, protect safety or security, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If mainLoop LLC or RelayProof is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Information

RelayProof does not sell user information, including driver location information. RelayProof's business model is providing Services to its users, not selling driver information to advertisers or data brokers.

If this practice changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law before implementing such a change.

6. Screenshots, Documents, and Automated Processing

RelayProof may use automated systems to process information you voluntarily submit. For example, when you submit a screenshot or document for verification, RelayProof may analyze the content to identify relevant load or trucking information and return a result to you.

Automated processing may make mistakes. You should independently verify important load, financial, operational, or other information before relying on it. Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.

7. Aggregated and Statistical Information

RelayProof may create aggregated, statistical, or otherwise non-individualized information based on activity within the Services. For example, RelayProof may provide information about general market activity, historical load patterns, facility activity, approximate competition or driver activity within a geographic area, and other market-level trends.

These features are intended to provide market intelligence rather than disclose the precise location or identity of another individual driver. We may use aggregated or statistical information to operate, analyze, improve, and develop RelayProof.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the Services, maintain user settings and subscription status, provide requested bookkeeping or support features, maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with applicable legal obligations, and maintain necessary business records.

The driver's last accepted truck location may be retained for up to five (5) hours after live-location sharing ends so that location-based alerts and related features can continue. After that period, the saved truck location expires and is removed from active location use. RelayProof does not maintain a permanent history of a driver's movements.

Other categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on the feature and the reason for retaining the information. Subscription records, user preferences, support communications, bookkeeping information, security records, or legally required business records may need to be retained longer than temporary location information.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it consistent with applicable law and our operational requirements.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on the Service and applicable law, you may be able to stop live-location sharing at any time, change available preferences or alert settings, stop using RelayProof, request access to information associated with you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, and ask questions about our handling of your information.

Privacy requests may be submitted to support@relayproof.app. Because RelayProof may primarily recognize you through a Telegram identifier rather than a traditional personal profile, we may need to verify that you control the relevant Telegram account before processing certain requests.

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or exercise legal rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-connected service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are also responsible for protecting access to their Telegram account, devices, and any other credentials used to access RelayProof.

11. Third-Party Services

RelayProof may interact with or provide links to services operated by third parties. Examples may include messaging platforms, payment processors, mapping or navigation providers, and other services used in connection with RelayProof.

Third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RelayProof is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

12. U.S. Service Area

RelayProof currently provides its Services for supported markets in the United States. Location information may be used to confirm that a user is accessing location-based functionality from a supported U.S. service area.

Some features may be limited, unavailable, or denied when the submitted location is outside supported coverage.

13. Children's Privacy

RelayProof is intended for adults engaged in commercial trucking or related business activities. The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that information from a child has been collected in violation of this policy, we may delete it.

14. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to RelayProof, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include, where applicable, the right to know or confirm whether personal information is being processed, access certain personal information, request correction, request deletion, obtain a copy of certain information, receive information concerning certain disclosures, and opt out of certain uses of personal information where required by law.

RelayProof does not sell personal information. To submit a privacy request, contact support@relayproof.app. We will process applicable requests in accordance with the laws that apply to RelayProof and the requesting user.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to provide rights that do not otherwise apply under applicable law.

15. California Residents

California law may provide certain privacy rights to California residents where the applicable statutory requirements and thresholds are satisfied. Where applicable, California residents may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, disclosure, and certain uses of personal information.

Precise geolocation information may receive additional protection under applicable California law. RelayProof does not sell personal information or driver location information.

California privacy inquiries may be submitted to support@relayproof.app.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in RelayProof features, our business practices, technology, legal requirements, or privacy and security practices.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle user information, we may provide additional notice through RelayProof, Telegram, our website, or another reasonable method.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent before applying a materially different use of information.
